Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We work with multiple fulfillment partners to provide you with the best shipping options.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Multiple Item Orders If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sisulivingcollective@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
