RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Product-Specific Guidelines

Jewelry

  • Must be unworn and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective materials must be intact
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings once packaging is opened

Wellness Products

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days
  • Opened wellness products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations

Home Decor & Gifts

  • Standard 30-day return window applies
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original packaging required for fragile items

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sisulivingcollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Opened wellness products

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at sisulivingcollective@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Holiday Returns Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
